I wanted to follow Mrs. Yollis' classroom and be a blogging buddy for her students.
I decided to comment on Ben's All Around blog which was about hockey and was titled Bruins Beat the Panthers 2-1. He had many pictures and lots of information behind the pictures and it was a very good blog. http://bensallaroundblog.blogspot.com/2010/01/bruins-beat-panthers-2-1-i-wanted.html

T4T class comments:
I commented on this blog about Cameron from the week before:

And this blog as well about the class in general:

Hopefully we can all benefit from this class from all of these challenges!
Dear Mr. Hunter,
ReplyDeleteThanks for looking at my blog and leaving a nice comment. I was wondering a few things.
Are you a teacher or a student?
Also, do you go to Oklahoma State or Oklahoma University?
How did you find my teacher's blog?
I hope you visit my blog again!
Sincerely,
Ben
(From Mrs. Yollis' class)
P.S. My teacher taught us to never put too much personal information on the web, so we only use first names.
Dear Mr. Hunter,
ReplyDeleteThanks for featuring our third grade blog on your educational blog. Are all of your students going to become teachers? Or, is this for a different major.
We had an excellent conversation today in class about how people find blogs on the web and the importance of commenting. When you want people to comment on your blog, you need to go out and do some commenting yourself. We also looked up Oklahoma on the map...blogging is geography too!
Thanks again for visiting, and we hope you'll come back and comment again! :-)
Sincerely,
Mrs. Yollis
